The guillotine is an instrument that made people in fast and - as supposed - painless way by means of a fall ax. It is usually thought that the device was created during the French Revolution and was given its name.

The Guillotine is named after the French doctor and politician Joseph-Iignace Guillotin. As a member of the French national meeting, he gave a speech on 10 October 1789 for the reform of the death penalty. Guillotin suggested that all the judgments have been sent in the same way (until then the method of execution hung off the position of the convicted person or the nature of the crime) by having them beheaded by a machine. His insurance that such mechanical decapitation would be virtually painless caused quite a bit of comments.

1inch base for size, model comes with a base layer and can be painted immediately.
