Can you change fate?
The greed of mortals has awakened a powerful entity that was long thought to have been destroyed.
For centuries this powerful champion of the gods is trapped in the darkest depths of Exandria. His name is forgotten, as well as his heroic deeds. He quines away from despair and calls for new heroes to save him.
Inspired by the campaigns of the hit series Critical Role, this adventure starts in the Wastes of Xhorhas and leads it to the bright Oasestad Ank'harel on the continent Marquet continent , and from there to a sunken empire of gloom, corruption and sorrow known as the Netherdep. Above all, the red moon of Ruidus watches and distorts the fate of those who have the power to shape the course of history.
Call of the Netherdeep is led by our own Dungeon Master Matthew Mercer and D&D Principal Architect Chris Perkins, and contains additional contributions from one of Exandria's OG contributions James Haeck (Explorer's Guide to Wildemount, Tal'dorei Campaign Setting & Tal 'Dorei campaign setting reborn). The book is packed with beautiful artworks, including the cover above by Mintu Hynninen, as well as a postcard by Ank'harel by Deven Rue.
Call of the Netherdeep contains seven chapters full of exciting adventures of 224 pages for characters of Level 3-12, As well as new beings, magical items and NPCs. While Call of the Netherdeep previously introduces unexplored regions of Exandria, it also contains starting points and world knowledge that can be picked from this world and in whatever world you put your adventurers down.
We can't wait for the stories you in Exandria and Beyond that will tell with Call of the Netherdeep.
