On the flight for a world that is consumed by the glory, alien Swarm, the heroes and a handful of desperate survivors to the nearest colony in a newly acquired spaceship. After they have thwarted a mutiny, they reach a large metropolis, where the tensions are high. Local fanatics claim that the approaching swarm is a punishment for the sins of the system and the attempts of the army to record refugees. Even worse, a series of caves under the city that offer the only refuge against an inevitable invasion, are far from unoccupied and must be cleaned up before the time is over!
'The Last Refuge' is a Starfinder Roleplaying Game adventure for four Characters of the third level. This adventure continues the Attack of the Swarm! Adventure Path, a six -part, monthly campaign in which the heroes fight back against a ruthless and almost unstoppable aliens. This adventure also contains an early history of the Swarm-Spawned Shirren race, an exploration of biomechanical spaceships and a selection of new Swarm samples and other harrowing threats.
