Highlight - returns

You have the right to return your order (either in part or the entire order). From the day after you receive the order, you have 14 days to return it.

Please include a note with your order number and/or your name and address. The shipping costs to return items are yours to pay, unless the need to return the item is through a fault of ours.

Within 14 days of us receiving the returned product the amount paid for it will be refunded.
