Shipping

Our shipping partner is PostNL. Shipments for the Netherlands and Belgium will be delivered by PostNL, outside those countries their local logistics partner will deliver them.

The payment screen shows you the options you can pick for shipping. The available options depend on the size and weight of the products, and on the shipping destination. The options are:

• Parcel to home address: For all destinations and all products.
• Parcel to PostNL pick-up point: For all products, only available in the Netherlands and Belgium.
• Letterbox parcels: For all destinations, only for products which fit through a mail slot.

Processing your order

Shipments are usually sent on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Orders placed on these days before 16:00 are handled the same day, or the next business day at the latest. Within that time frame, your order will either be sent, or we will have contacted you if there is a problem.

Exception around events

We are a small team, and are also the ones who set up our stall at events (markets, conventions and such). Because of this, we might not be able to handle orders on the Friday before an event.

In these cases we'll try to send out shipments on Thursday. Any other orders will be handled the following Monday.
