At a time when Babylon was the greatest city on earth, mankind lived in quiet ignorance of the grandeur, vastness and horror of the Cosmos.

After cataclysmic events on Earth, the fragile veil between reality and the void was shattered and the truth of existence was revealed. As humanity cried out to their gods for deliverance, they were torn from the earth by void currents and the surviving peoples were scattered among the stars. Countless were lost and humanity seemed all but destroyed.
For decades, the sole survivors, stragglers, and ragged remnants of humanity's tribes have fought for survival across countless indifferent worlds. A few, however, managed to go beyond subsistence and traveled through the Void currents to find the legendary Llyhn, the epicenter of the Cosmos.

The survivors came together and created enclaves within the Eternal City: small communities where humanity could survive and begin rebuilding all that had been lost. You are descendants of the survivors of Earth, the lost cradle of humanity. Llyhn is your home now. Teeming with bizarre lifeforms, eccentric Daimons and fickle demigods; it is a sprawling cosmopolis of intrigue, wonder, betrayal, corruption, beauty, decadence and eerie menace. Behind you lie the smoldering ruins of a once great species trying to reclaim its former glory, before you the mysteries of Llyhn and a vast treacherous Cosmos.
