This legendary wondrous item from the roleplaying game Dungeons & Dragons is one of the most iconic items in the game. The mechanics to draw a card, however, are less than iconic: having to find a regular deck, looking through your books to find the corresponding effect... With this Deck of Many Things, you can stay in character and experience the suspense and surprise of drawing that life-changing card.
The box includes 22 beautifully illustrated cards and two compact rules cards for the Dungeon Master. All 22 cards come from traditional hand painted canvases, giving the cards a unique look and feel. Each card has one monochrome coloured painting, together adding up to a full rainbow of magical effect cards.
In October 2022, this creative adventure became reality with a successfully funded Kickstarter. Now, these Rainbow edition Decks are ready to be played all over the world!
Quality is at the highest priority, I designed the deck to last you a lifetime of roleplaying! The Deck is locally produced in a C02 neutral print house using bio-vegan inks and FSC paper only. It's bigger than most cards, with 22 cards of 90x120mm comparable to jumbo tarot cards. The Deck of Many Things - Rainbow Edition is printed on heavy high quality FSC paper (450gr/m2) and matte laminated, and comes in a sturdy box with lid and table.
